Logo design for Ambassador Classical Academy, a
Christian school focused on knowledge, developing
children and their leadership, and a mindfulness of
representing the Kingdom of Heaven.
A combination of symbolic images—flame, leaf, crown,
and cross at the center—came together to form a whole:
the torch. In a broad sense, the torch depicts passing
it on and lighting the way.
For the word mark, a serif typeface is used with some
custom tweaks. An "a" occurs in every word, so I
opened up the bottom of the bowls and curled them to
mimic the curve in the flame—thus helping unite the
symbol to the words.
